The owner is super friendly and lively. He speaks enough English for communication.
He has thought out his ryokan in detail and catered to everything that a guest may need or want.
I think the place is quite old but it’s so incredibly clean and well-kept that it wasn’t an issue.
Additionally, the futons were extremely comfortable. There is also a mini onsen facility. Very humble and traditional
